Salad Ingredients




Garlic Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ c mayo

  • 2 tbsp sour cream

  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp parsley

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Apply Stanleys Pitmaster Spike liberally to salmon

  2. We sous vide our salmon and finish with a sear on the stove, but it would be just as good grilled.

  3. Make garlic dressing: in a bowl whisk together all ingredients. Place in fridge to chill until ready to serve.

  4. Build your salad: We place the salmon on a bed of romaine, sprinkle with chopped bacon, dollop with guac, and drizzle with dressing. Emily likes to add pickled red onions to hers!
