From the Blood Bros. crew direct: "S.W.A.T. Sauce is a BOLD, vinegar-based sauce with our sgnature spicy kick. It is named after the Houston neighborhood we grew up in: Alief, Texas. It's also known as The Lief or South West Alief Texas aka "S.W.A.T."

     

    Need some recommendations for recipes with Blood Bros SWAT sauce?

    • Spicy Grilled Chicken Wings: Toss some chicken wings in a mixture of SWAT Sauce, garlic powder, and a touch of olive oil. Grill them until crispy and fully cooked. Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

    • Sweet and Spicy Glazed Salmon: Create a glaze by combining SWAT Sauce, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Brush the glaze onto salmon fillets and bake them until cooked through. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions for an added touch of flavor.
