Fall TX Woods Edition (Oak, Walnut, Osage)
One-of-a-kind Pitmaster's Workhorse in 440c high carbon, stainless steel. The handle is done in 3 different Texas woods in a fall color pattern. The back part of the handle is stabilized Texas oak, The bolster (or front) is done in Texas bois d'arc. This is also known as Osage orange wood that was used by the Osage Indians to make their bows. The center stripe is Texas black walnut. These durable hardwoods are accented by forest green and Earth brown G10 stripes. The pins are solid 416 stainless steel with a center pin in brown linen micarta. Built to be a daily user.
This is Joe Zavala's favorite knife and it can be used for just about any task in your backyard or in your kitchen. Every Weige Knife is hand crafted by Travis Weige. This knife uses a Texas Mesquite handle.
