SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship from?

All direct-to-consumer orders ship from our facility in Grand Prairie, Texas.

How fast will my order ship?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the continental United States only. Reach out at info@bbqdistro.com if you're outside the U.S. and we'll see what we can do.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Email order@bbqdistro.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged), or your order # and we'll review the tracking status. We'll make it right.


PRODUCTS

How long do the rubs and sauces last?

Rubs are best within 24 months of opening. Sauces are best within 24 months unopened, or 6 months refrigerated after opening. Most products have a "best by" date on the label, but not all given the small batch production of some of these award winning brands.

How should I store them?

Cool, dry place. Rubs don't need refrigeration. Refrigerate sauces after opening.

Are your products gluten-free? Allergen info?

Allergens vary by product. Full ingredients and allergen info are listed on every product page and on the label, and we provide the pictures of each items ingredients and nutritional facts when available. If you have a specific question, email info@bbqdistro.com.

Where are your products made?

Our top selling BBQ Distro products are manufactured in Texas at our partner and co-packer, Absolutely World Class — a USDA-inspected, food-safety-certified facility. The others are bottled at a variety of US Based Co-Packers or some even within the restaurants themselves. 

ORDERS & RETURNS

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email info@bbqdistro.com within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order has likely shipped. 

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are consumable food items, we don't accept returns. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll replace it or refund it. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Add the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. We don't include a price on the packing slip.

I own a shop or restaurant — how do I carry your products?

Apply on Faire, Mable, or RangeMe (search "BBQ Distro") for our full wholesale catalog. Or email info@bbqdistro.com directly for partnership questions and brands not offered on our wholesale listings.

Do you offer private label or co-packing?

For inquiries about working with our co-packer, Absolutely World Class (AWC), email kyle@bbqdistro.com. For private label, the Zavala's brand is open to the idea OR we can work on your store's own new label with AWC as well. Reach out!
