Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — actual delivery depends on the carrier and your location.


WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email hello@bbqdistro.com within 7 days and we'll work with you to resolve it.


If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage (box and contents) and email the photos with your order number to hello@bbqdistro.com within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.
